Policies

2025-2026 Season

Payment

Payment is due by the 1st of the month and late after the 7th. Weekly Late Fees will begin on the 7th.

  • Everyone MUST have a VALID credit card on file. This card will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month. Any accounts with declined cards will receive a $10 fee per decline (Card will be tried weekly).

  • Accounts not paid by the 10th of every month will receive a $15 late fee per invoiced item weekly. Holidays or a student's absence from class does not waive this fee. Reminders will be sent out if payment is late.

  • Full tuition is due every month regardless of attendance and/or holidays. Tuition for the year is divided into 11 equal installments. Payments do not vary due to holidays or the number of weeks in a month. Tuition will NOT be prorated.

  • Cash, Bank Account Transfers (ACH/ZELLE), Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover), and debit cards are accepted as forms of payment   (VENMO WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

  • E-payment is offered through jackrabbit. All accounts that register online will be automatically signed up for e-payment (unless otherwise discussed with Mrs Carly) and will be used to clear all invoices (registration fee, tuition, costume fee, late fee, etc). Tuition is drafted by the 1st of the month. It is the account holder's responsibility to update all information.

  • Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refund. Make-up classes may be scheduled by email for those students who miss class due to illness/injury. Missed classes must be made up within thirty days.

  • All comp team dancers must be at both Winter and Summer recitals, all regionals, convention and Nationals. Failing to attend or dropping off the team all together will result in a $400/group reblocking fee.

  • If, for any reason, it becomes necessary to withdraw a child from a class, please notify by email (diamonddancelv@gmail.com) Call/Text 702-326-4265 or speak to Mrs. Carly while in studio before the 20th of the month to avoid tuition being charged the following month. Tuition and other fees will continue to be charged until notification is given. No refunds.

  • All payments will cease at the end of the season.

Past Due Account Policy

To ensure fairness and continuity of instruction, the following policy applies to all student and family accounts:

  • 30 Days Past Due:
If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days from the original invoice date (e.g., invoiced January 1 and unpaid as of February 1), all private lessons will be suspended beginning the following day until the account is brought current.

  • 60 Days Past Due:
If an invoice remains unpaid 60 days from the original invoice date (e.g., invoiced January 1 and unpaid as of March 1), the student will not be permitted to participate in any classes, rehearsals, recitals, or competitions beginning the following day until the balance is paid in full.
Any reblocking or additional choreography required due to missed competitions or rehearsals will be billed to the account.

  • 75 Days Past Due:
Accounts that remain unpaid 75 days from the original invoice date will be referred to a collections agency unless a payment plan has been established.
