What You Will Learn

Give 110% every practice, whether you're in the front, middle, back, or sitting on the side.
Hold yourself and your teammates accountable.
Maintain a positive mindset and practice gratitude, even on difficult days.
Leave outside problems at the door and be fully present.
Show respect to every teammate and coach. Patience and trust are essential.
Take care of your body and mind before and after practice. Recovery is key.
Commit fully to every style, skill, drill, and movement. Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone.

Training Beyond Chreography
Training Expectations
You will:
Participate in conditioning and workouts.
Develop freestyle skills.
Progress in hip hop acrobatics.
Train advanced hip hop choreography.
Be challenged mentally and physically every practice.
This is a competitive team.
Every competition spot must be earned.
Nothing is guaranteed.
You are expected to work every day to become the best dancer on the team.
If your goal is not to become the strongest dancer Diamond Dance has to offer, VVS is not for you.
Practice Rules
No phones during practice.
If you forget required shoes or any necessary practice item, you will sit out and observe practice that day.
Dress code:
All black clothing (graphics on shirts are allowed).
Shoes may be any color.
